This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape teaching excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure sustainable, quality vocational education that delivers real outcomes for students and industry.
About the Role
As Department Manager - Community & Early Childhood, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality vocational education that changes lives. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving educational excellence, compliance, and performance across programs while leading, coaching and inspiring a diverse team of educators and professionals. You’ll work closely with industry, community and internal partners to ensure sustainable growth, strong student outcomes and a future-focused learning experience.
